Plan With Me | Week of Mar 15-21

This week marks the beginning of an entirely new family schedule for us as we close out a seven-year chapter of life as a second-shift household. At first, I felt completely frozen at the thought of all the rituals and routines I’ve carefully built over the years — the ones that help me do what I do and stay even remotely stable and regulated (hah!) — disappearing overnight…
